Job Description:
- Salary and OT processing,
- Leave recording & monitoring
- Processing of work permit application and renewal
- Submit 6-monthly medical examination results of foreign workers
- Updating the residential addresses of foreign workers in MOM records
- Workers’ welfare ie uniforms, safety shoes, lockers
- Updating & maintaining personnel data
- Administer work pass renewal
- Administer insurance related claims
- Maintain proper records of employee attendance
Requirements
- With 1 -2 years working experience as a work pass processing and Administration Experience
- ITE/Diploma and above
Additional information:
- Working Day / Time: Working hours: 8am – 5pm (Mon – Fri)
- Salary up to: $3200
- Transport Allowance of $90/ Per months
- Located in Pandan Crescent
