Job Responsibilities
- Attends to phone calls on inquiries; responds to guest requests and food orders; entertains walk-ins for reservations in a professional manner.
- Keeps the Bar /Restaurant /Café, and all F&B pantries clean and tidy at all the times.
- Clears and cleans table after guest finished their drinks and meals.
- Performs cashiering duty when necessary.
- Sets up tables /chairs, and prepare outlet before business operation.
- Takes food orders and coordinates with kitchen for ordered food.
- Delivers orders to guests at the Bar counter /Bar table /dining table /café or sends them to guest rooms.
- Prepares artisanal coffee, tea, and other specialty beverage and serve to guest for dine-in or takeaway.
- Other tasks as and when assigned by the Management.
Education & Work Experience
- GCE ‘N’ level or equivalent
- Food service experience with general knowledge of restaurant/café operations preferred
- Certified competent in WSQ basic food hygiene course or other mandatory food hygiene courses stipulated by the authorities
- Good in customer service
