1. To perform estimation for variation submission
2. Valuing and preparing progress claims and payments of suppliers
3. Prepare variation orders, progress payments and claims and finalisation of accounts
4. Perform measurements for quantities
5. Evaluation of price comparison
6. Attend site and Consultant/Technical meetings
7. Monitoring of project variations
8. Any ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned
Requirements:
1. Degree/Diploma in Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil), Building or
Equivalent
2. Minimum 4 – 5 years of relevant working experience
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
