At Biz IQ Academy, we're currently on the look out for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR and Accounts Executive to join our team. This role combines responsibilities in human resources and accounting, providing a unique opportunity to contribute to both the financial and employee-related aspects of the company.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in accounts management, as well as supporting HR functions including employee welfare, candidate screening and onboarding, recruitment, and grant applications.
Accounts Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Assist with payroll processing and related financial activities.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds with relevant department heads.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date.
- Grant applications and submissions.
- Handle employee welfare activities and initiatives to promote a positive workplace environment.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
