- Source and procure sub-contractors and suppliers, then compile and compare their prices.
- Review and comprehend all specifications and drawings.
- Prepare cost loading.
- Conduct meetings and negotiations with upstream and downstream parties regarding quantities/unit rates/schedule of rates, payment claims, specifications/drawings, scope of work/responsibility matrix, and variations as needed.
- Prepare upstream payment claims and downstream payment responses.
- Handle correspondence with upstream and downstream parties on contractual and cost-related issues.
- Manage sub-contract awards and documentation.
- File, evaluate, and monitor project variations.
- Perform value engineering and cost control in line with design development.
Requirements:
- Atleast diploma/degree in quantity surveying or similar field.
- Min 2 years experience relevant to the job scope.
