Job title: Adminstrative Assistant (Reception counter) 5 Days @Serangoon MRT.
Location: Serangoon MRT
Contract period:1 Aug 2024 to 31 Jul 2025(Extendable to 1 Aug 2025 to 31 Jul 2026).
Working hours: Monday to thursday: 8:00am to 5:30pm inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm inlcusive of 1 hour lunch break (off on weekends and Public Holiday)
Scope of responsibilities:
1. To assist in reception Counter duties including attending to various requests.
from all walk-in and call-in external and internal customers including queries from parents on financial assistance.
2. To receive goods procured by the school and maintain a daily record for all mail
and deliveries received.
3. To assist in printing services for all staff including printing/photocopy worksheets circulars, notes and other materials required by the school staff for school/student's use.
4. General administrative front desk duties assigned by the administration managers.
