1. Daily activities
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Processing orders including quotations, invoicing, delivery, and shipping
- Receiving goods and recording in accounting software
- Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
2. Weekly reporting
- Receipting and handling customers' payments
- Tabulating supplier invoices
- Up-to-date stock take
3. Monthly duties
- Statement of Accounts to customers
- Call on customers for receivable matters
4. Job Requirements
- The work is divided into working from home and at the warehouse (transport claim to Paya Lebar provided)
- Attention to detail, independent
- 5 days of work
- 4 hours per day
Bookkeeping knowledge will be advantageous.
