- Perform full spectrum of all HR administrative, administrative and coordination duties.
Human Resource - Provides administrative support to the HR team. This includes administrative for recruitment, orientation, onboarding, termination, resignation and re-employment.
- Maintain the human resource records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination and change in job classification.
- Handle foreign employee's work pass of all categories.
- Assist with employees' exit process and interviews.
- Administer employee benefit programmes such as the renewing of insurance policies, leave, claims and payroll administration.
- Submission of NS, GPPL, GPML and Childcare Leave.
- Assist the team in the Security Agencies Competencies Exercise.
Admin - Monitoring of office supplies.
- Assist with the day to day operations of the office.
- Ensure meeting rooms are booked for important meetings.
