Job Description
- Talent Sourcing : Utilize various channels, including job portals, recruitment agents and networking events to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Screening and Assessment: Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' suitability for the role, including assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
- Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person or virtually.
- Job Offer Management: Extend job offers to successful candidates, negotiate terms when necessary, and facilitate the onboarding process.
Requirement
- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquistion or recruitment.
- Bilingual and excellent communications skills both wrtten and verbal.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
