Responsibilities:

1. Product Listing Management:

  • Assist in creating briefs for new product launches images, product descriptions, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

2. Platform Management:

  • Oversee the operations and performance of the eCommerce platform - ensuring functionality, usability, and an optimal customer experience.
  • Collaborate with affiliate teams to optimize product pages, including images, descriptions, and keywords.
  • Analyze user experience data, identify areas for improvement, and implement initiatives to enhance the online shopping experience and smooth checkout processes.
  • Effectively communicate issues and/or delays to key stakeholders.

3. Campaign Support:

  • Assist in creating briefs for online promotional campaigns.
  • Review eCommerce site performance and recommend optimization plans.
  • Aid in the execution of online promotional campaigns such as sales & KPIs recording.
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

  • Assist in analyzing eCommerce performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize sales and marketing strategies.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams including design agencies, affiliates & regional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of eCommerce initiatives.
  • You will manage project timeline & progresses, adjust schedules as necessary to ensure timely completion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in eCommerce operations, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven and results-oriented approach.
