Our client, a well-known MNC company is looking for candidates for the Corporate Communication Executive position.
Responsibilities: -
- Building comprehensive internal communications strategies, engagement and execution plans aligned to employee engagement and culture that are grounded in communications best practices and a deep understanding of how the Company operates
- Crafting and delivering impactful content designed around storytelling principles and human-centric, inclusive language to personalize the narrative in a way that resonates, is relatable, and captures original culture and values
- Join the ASEAN communications teams to support communications updates to the region
- Optimizing internal communications channel to maximize message impact and drive meaningful engagement with internal audiences
- Review and relaunch of ASEAN Comms and ensure regional comms reaches colleagues
- External reputation management; including crisis communications
- Providing consultative communications expertise, support and advice to other functions and management consultants
- Regularly collecting and analyzing data to support internal stakeholders in understanding performance of communications' tactics; adjusting strategies and optimizing approaches based on performance benchmarks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mass communication, Media etc
- At least 1 year of experience
- The ability to work autonomously whilst being enthusiastic and self-motivated yet effective under pressure and willing to take personal responsibility and accountability
- Excellent creative writing and editing skills
- Strong project management, organization and improvisation skills with high attention to detail and a focus on quality and impact
