Up to 1-month Performance Bonus

Office Location: Novena / Clarke Quay

  • Conduct outbound calls & site visit to ensure timely consent collection
  • Reach out to the respondent from selected establishment to participate and in digital survey data transmission
  • Explain survey objectives and procedures to respondent on the confidential database to be extracted
  • Ensure that the given KPI are being met based on the project timeline
  • Compile, record, input results and data from interview surveys into the system
  • Conduct administrative tracking of the collection progress.
  • Identify and report problems in obtaining valid data
  • Interpret survey questions to help respondents’ comprehension

Requirements:

  • GCE 'A' Level and above
  • Singaporeans
  • Microsoft Excel | Travel in Singapore | Call Center experience
  • Experiences with KPI targets
