Working hour: Monday to Friday (8.30am – 6.00pm)
Salary: Up to $2400
Location: West Singapore
Job Description:
· Processing invoices and receipts.
· To ensure timely monthly closure of invoices and receipts.
· To support Finance Department in general admin duties.
· Need to sorting and matching of finance documents.
· Maintain proper filing of documents.
· Archiving of documents.
· Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
· Candidates must possess at least GCE ‘N’ Level
· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply - Training will be provided
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to work in fast-paced environment
· Proficient in Microsoft Office- Excel
· 5-days work week
