Job Responsibilities:
- To attend to telephone enquiries on admission procedures to LHE
- To perform duties and co-ordinate work relating to admission enquires, pre-admission, discharge and post discharge throughout the resident’s stay at LHE
- Liaise with external parties such as e.g. Agency for Integrated Care (AIC), Ministry of Health (MOH), Shaw Foundation, etc. and internal departments
- Submission of claims for insurances and government funding where eligible, new/renewal applications for National Means Testing System (NMTS) and Financial Assistance (FA)
- Coordinating with nursing department on social concerns of residents and follow up on matters as and when required
- To provide administrative support to the Public/Social Welfare department
- Perform any other related duties assigned by Assistant Manager, Public/Social Welfare department
Requirement:
- Minimum “O” level with at least two years of working experience
- Conscientious and meticulous with organisational skills
- Possess good interpersonal skills and emotional sensitivity
- A good team player with initiative
- Able to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word
