Human Resources Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the HR function within our organization. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment and selection, employee training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Selection:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions for new positions.
- Source and screen resumes, conduct interviews, and select qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and administer pre-employment assessments and background checks.
2. Employee Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on various topics, including leadership development, performance management, and workplace diversity.
- Monitor employee training progress and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Advise and support managers in developing employees' skillsets and career paths.
3. Performance Management:
- Develop and implement a performance management system.
- Establish performance goals and objectives in collaboration with managers.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify performance gaps and develop interventions for improvement.
4. Compensation and Benefits Administration:
- Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary surveys to ensure the organization's compensation packages are market-competitive.
- Oversee the payroll process and ensure accuracy and timely payments.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
5. Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns and grievances.
- Mediate disputes and find resolutions that are fair and in compliance with company policies.
- Conduct investigations when necessary and take appropriate disciplinary actions.
- Promote employee engagement and ensure effective communication channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in human resources management.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and current employment laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Base Salary: SGD3800-RM4500 per month
