The Job:
- Support the HR manager in full spectrum of HR and administration
- Assist in recruitment process, including talent sourcing, interview arrangement, follow up on interview feedback from the hiring managers
- Support the employee life-cycle process, from on-boarding to off-boarding
- Manage the work passes application, renewal and cancellation
- Maintain and upkeep personal and leave records of employees and ensure that all records are complete, kept orderly and treated in strictest confidence
The Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Human Resource / Business
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
