Job Description & Requirements
- To handle incoming calls
- Check emails daily
- Secretarial support
- Purchasing
- Prepare invoices/quotation/ PO etc
- Day-day administration support
- Arrange daily delivery schedule
- Handling basic accounts
- Assist with all payment matters
- Maintain a proper filing system
- Monitor accounts receivables / payables
- Renewal of workers insurance
- Prepare monthly statement of accounts
- Follow-up on outstanding debts, chase payment
- Provide co-ordination work between departments
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in administration
- Fluent in English & Mandarin to be able to liasie with Mandarin speaking associates on day-to-day handling of accounts and admin support
- Computer Skills knowledge, accounting software, autocount
- Work independently with minimal supervision
