Job Description
- Assist Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Life and Shield claims related projects, mainly on system enhancement/changes.
- Business Requirement Scope (BRS) walkthrough with transformation team, business leads, system vendors to ensure in-scope requirement are catered for, provide feedback on critical areas and challenge process/information when required.
- Attend UAT test plan walkthrough, review test plan, participate in UAT and review UAT tests result.
- Support post implementation and production issue.
- Support the department's other activities as and when required , including but not limited to administrative work, quality checks on data entry, generation of claims reports/claims statistics and claims trend analysis.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum diploma holder with at least 3 years of claims experience
