- Position Title: Customer Service Executive
- Working Location: Katong
- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.45 am-6.30 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,600 + Performance Bonus + Medical Claim
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Talk to international offices, agents, shipping companies, and customers.
- Quickly and correctly answer customer questions over the phone or by email.
- Arrange and keep track of all shipments.
- Handle customer complaints attentively and resolve them.
- Keep documents filed neatly for easy access.
- Carry out additional tasks as needed.

- At least a GCE 'O' Level education.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office.
- Attentive to detail, good at working with others, and carries a positive attitude.
- Able to keep up with a high-speed work setting.
- Comfortable with handling pressure.
- Capable of meeting tight deadlines, both while working alone and with a team.
- Excellent at both speaking and writing.
