- Salary: $3000 - $3500
- Working Hour: 8am - 5pm, Monday – Friday
- Location : Woodlands Industrial Park
Responsibilities:
- Prepare payroll of site workers and issue payments.
- Handle staff petty cash claims.
- Handle payments to vendors.
- Check the purchase orders and verify the corresponding purchase invoice.
- Prepare sales quotations and issue sales invoices.
- Check and verify dumping tickets corresponding to the lorry soil delivery orders.
- Handle & oversee motor vehicle insurance and road tax renewal.
- Handle & oversee machinery insurance and LM certificate renewal
- Handle daily accounting-related activities for the Company
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma in Accounting Studies
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience. Working experience in worker management will be an added advantage
