We are looking for Associates to join us in July 2024 onwards.
Responsibilities:
- Fuel our growth: Support business development efforts by contributing to client proposals and pitches.
- Become a trusted advisor: Guide clients through the maze of regulations issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
- Create strong foundations: Help build robust regulatory frameworks, policies, and procedures, and support their implementation.
- Ensure compliance: Develop monitoring plans, conduct compliance tests, and devise effective recommendations to improve processes and controls.
- Perform vital audits: Conduct regulatory compliance reviews for our financial services audit clients.
- Step into our clients' shoes: Seize secondment opportunities to fully understand our clients' needs and operations.
- Think globally: Collaborate with diverse PwC teams and offices worldwide to serve our global clients.
- Embrace digitalization: Assist our digital services team in implementing IT regulatory compliance solutions and explore the potential of digital tools in enhancing client offerings and daily operations
Requirements:
- Degree holders from disciplines like Accountancy, Banking and Finance, Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Economics, or Law.
- Demonstrable academic achievements.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, coupled with excellent communication abilities.
- Keen analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A knack for thinking outside the box and challenging the status quo.
- Proficiency in oral and written communication.
- An ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
