Work location: Aljunied
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 6pm (Mon - Fri)
Duration: 1 Month Contract (Extendable/ Convertible to Perm)
Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries and support the conversion process of applications not limiting to ad hoc phone enquiries, email, walk-in and other enquiries received from individual markets (including from agents)
- Maintain the enrolment record sheet and provide management reports on the performance of individual markets and provide ad-hoc reports as required
- Plan, execute and participate in recruitment fairs/seminars and events as assigned
- Provide clerical and marketing support
- Liaise agents and maintain the approved agent list
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirement
- Minimum Undergraduate degree or diploma with 2 years’ relevant experience
