- Prepares food orders
- Ensures that work stations are adequately stocked and properly stores
- Ensures all food items are served within the waiting time
- Ensures the highest standards and consistent quality in the food preparation
- Maintains the hygiene and cleanliness of the cooking stations and kitchen
