Job Responsibilities
- Organize technical training on the engine, electrical, hydraulic, batteries, and fleet management system. (Practical and online webinar)
- Preparation for new series of forklifts (software/special tools/training schedule)
- Training and Development plan for Field Service Technicians (FST) and team leaders including train the trainer internally with assessment documented
- To plan and conduct basic technical training for new FST, and provide evaluation feedback to Customer Service Manager once completed
- Responsible for all training activities related to ESH requirements
- Prepare training materials for Internal and External use (PPT and video)
- FSTs and team leader technical competency assessment
- Service team periodic (monthly) technical meeting and knowledge sharing
- To maintain FSAL, warranty claims, training, and I-Action records
- Assisting FSTs with technical improvement
- Customer visits and supports for complex technical issues
- Plan and organize site surveys for VNA and heavy equipment installation
- Manage required special tools for all series
- Manage battery business and monitor the technical support level by vendors
- Train and maintain the preventive maintenance service level for all series
- To support Customer Service Engineer (CSE) / Service Coordinator / Business Development Executive for technical issue escalation and to attend on-site meetings with customers when necessary
- To assist the CSE / Service Coordinator in the case of spare parts requirements
- Maintain technical history records for complex problems
- To attend monthly technical meetings with the regional team and factory
- Manage used, recycle parts, and records
- In charge of module repair and monitoring all technical issues related to the faulty modules
Job Requirements
- Min a diploma holder in Engineering
- Min 2 years of relevant experience
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel occasionally
- Willing to work at Loyang Way area
