Job Description
This role is to support the HR Manager on HR Administrative and payroll duties.
Payroll Administration:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll.
- Conduct regular internal audits to verify payroll accuracy.
- Collaborate with Payroll Vendors on issues and ad hoc requests.
- Supervise outsourced payroll vendor and manage internal audit annual process.
- Coordinate with external auditor.
- Address queries and concerns related to payroll matters.
Human Resource Administration:
- Handle online application and renewal of employment passes and work permits.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process.
- Update organizational charts.
- Process employee requests and provide necessary information.
- Manage Employee Database and leave and attendance records.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition reasons.
- Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
- Support annual budgeting and Strat Plan process.
- Manage annual insurance renewal process.
- Assist management with employee relations matters for the plant.
- Maintain training records, support ISO13485 and customer audits.
- Identify training needs and source appropriate programs internally and externally.
- Provide decision support to management through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance in human resource management.
- Maintain documentation and authorized signatories for audit purposes.
- Ensure compliance with timeline for Talent Management System.
- Follow up on performance review actions.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 1 year of HR experience in HR Admin and/or Payroll Administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders.
