About the Team
BytePlus is a business unit in ByteDance and provides intelligent services powered by industry-leading technologies. BytePlus helps enterprise customers build what's next for their business. Leveraging Bytedance's cutting-edge technologies, we are devoted to developing innovative products and solutions to shape the future. You can help us to achieve our mission.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and maintain the BytePlus website development, and platform components.
- Design, develop and maintain the SDR growth platform based on AI capability.
- Analyze and optimize the web application performance, improve overall user experience.

Minimum Qualifications
Required:
1. Bachelor degree or above in computer-related majors
2. At least 3 years of frontend development work experience
2. Programming experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, web debugging toolchain.
3. Familiar with one of the popular frameworks such as React, Vue or Angular, Good experience in Web performance optimization.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Have relevant work experience from a large-scale internet business.
2. Applicants with experience in AI application development experience.
3. Have good teamwork skills, initiative and motivation.
