Responsibility:-
• Monthly Full Payroll Process
• Creation & Update Employee Database
• Prepare & Generate Payroll Report
• Manage E-Leave
• Preparation & submission of IR21, IR8A – Tax matters
• Verification of new joined employees
• Submission of Levy Waiver / NSman claim and Government Paid Leave
• Monthly updating of uniform deduction & refund
• Monthly CPF report and file preparation
• Generate Monthly Workers' Data
• Answering employees queries / grievance
• Filing and Any others related HR Payroll matters.
Requirements:-
- Min GCE 'O' level / Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources / Higher Nitec in Business Study
- Proficient in Ms Office Application
- Knowledge in Info-Tech payroll software is an advantage
- Able to liaise with mandarin speaking workers
- Meticulous and well organized
- Positive attitude, responsible and a team player
