The responsibilities (not limited to) the followings:
• Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents. Assist with office supply management and equipment maintenance.
• Support project teams by coordinating meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements. Schedule appointments, reserve meeting rooms, and ensure necessary resources are available.
• Assist in the preparation, organization, and maintenance of project documentation, including contracts, reports, and other relevant documents.
• Maintain a centralized document control system to ensure version control, document distribution, and compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
Qualification and experience preferred:
• Minimum Diploma in any relevant field of studies
• A minimum of 3 years’ working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power-point, etc.)
• Fluency in English and additional languages preferred (e.g., Tagalog, Chinese, Malay etc).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
