1. Must have a bachelor's degree or above
2. Able to work on construction sites
3. Must have work experience in the construction industry
4. Able to speak and write both Engalish and Mandarin(Some workers in the company only speak Mandarin or English, so HR needs to be proficient in both English and Mandarin to better manage employees)
5. Able to work overtime and work under high pressure.
6. Good organizational, planning and communication skills.
