Responsibilities:
- To carry out RD project such as formulations, sample preparation, to initiate research & development effort to create new product.
- To maintain and establish related work instruction, specification and document of all project and sample status on time.
- Assist direct superior to liaise with various department for current product development and improvement.
- Customer service, new product complaint handling with the supervision of direct superior.
- Assist RD Executive for all the ERP system data entry & maintaining, create ERP code for new packaging material & product.
- Prepare the production instruction for trial run and trial order. Collecting data and filling all correspondence trial run record, COA & form.
- Assist RD Executive for sample packing & sending related work.
- Assist RD Executive in maintaining records the comply with the Quality Standard Procedure.
- Perform job that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Material Science), Polymer Science/ Polymer Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent.
- At least 1-3 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word
- Candidate with Mandarin speaking is added advantage
- Preferably Junior Executive specializing in polymer Manufacturing / Production Operations or equivalent.
