Job Description:
- Perform data analysis and test reporting from external/ internal testing coordination required for Automotive OEM approvals.
- Assist Sales team with Customer's project and compound related matters where necessary including documentation and reporting.
- Research and develop new TPE products to meet new requirement(s) and customer specification.
- Develop custom engineered solutions for APAC Automotive market products.
- Troubleshoot and provide sound technical advice to production team for internal & external claims as well as product improvement to ensure product quality consistency and continuous improvement.
- Assist in raw materials substitution and cost saving projects of assigned portfolio compounds for Automotive market.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Engineering (Chemical/ Polymer/ Materials), Chemistry, Science & Technology or its equivalent.
- 2 years of R&D experience or its equivalent in a Manufacturing Environment.
- Working experience in Plastic industry be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates of relevant discipline with analytical background are welcomed to apply.
- Technical background in ideally; Engineer or Chemist will have an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English is preferred as the role requires interaction with Clients and KRAIBURG TPE counterparts in Mandarin.
- Fundamental proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
