Job Decription
- Assist with day-to-day HR activities, such as maintaining employee records and preparing HR-related documents.
- Support work pass matters for foreign workers.
- Monitoring personal files and ensuring all records are updated timely and accurately.
- Monitor employee attendance and assists with e-leave applications.
- Apply and coordinate training programs.
- Assist with monthly payroll processing.
- Maintain inventory and office supplies, anticipate office needs, evaluate new office products, place and expedite orders when required.
- Assist with preparation of company events.
- Handle incoming phone calls.

- Proficient in office technology and software applications
- Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Quick leaner with a knack of adapting new technologies and tools efficiently.
Qualificayion and Experience
- Education: GCE "N" Level or equivalent or ITE graduate
- Experience: 3 years of proven experience in similar position
