Understanding Products/Services:
- Learn about and present the company's offerings effectively.
Customizing Solutions:
- Analyse customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Presenting Solutions:
- Showcase solutions to potential clients, emphasizing how they meet client needs.
Technical Support:
- Offer technical expertise and address queries during sales.
Demonstration Creation:
- Develop demonstrations to illustrate solution effectiveness (as needed).
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team, providing technical input.
Client Relationship Building:
- Establish strong client relationships, serving as a link between them and the company.
Post-Sales Assistance:
- Assist in smooth transition from sales to implementation, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Skills & Requirements
- Relevant experience in sales or solution consulting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Technical knowledge of the company's products or services.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
- Relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of industry trends and competitors' offerings.
