Job Summary:
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, posting job ads, conducting phone screenings, scheduling interviews, and hiring casual labor. The role also involves liaising and attending recruitment fairs, handling onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with employment laws, maintaining HR records, and coordinating payroll functions. Additionally, the HR Executive will coordinate employee engagement activities, training coordination with schools, insurance data updates, and other administrative duties.
Job Highlights:

· Salary range: $3,200 - $3,800 (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment:
○ Source candidates through various channels (e.g., job portals, social media, recruitment agencies).
○ Post job advertisements on appropriate platforms.
○ Conduct phone screenings to shortlist candidates.
○ Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
○ Hire casual labor as needed.
2. Recruitment Fairs:
○ Liaise with organizers and attend recruitment fairs to attract potential candidates.
3. Onboarding and Offboarding:
○ Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
○ Manage offboarding procedures, ensuring all exit formalities are completed.
4. Compliance and Administration:
○ Ensure HR practices comply with the Employment Act and other relevant legislation.
○ Draft employment-related letters and documents.
5. Payroll:
○ Calculate and tabulate overtime (OT) as required.
○ Process payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
○ Handle e-filing and IRAS submissions.
○ Maintain payroll records and resolve any payroll discrepancies.
6. Training Coordination:
○ Liaise with schools and educational institutions for employee training programs.
7. Insurance and Data Management:
○ Update and maintain accurate insurance data for all employees.
8. Employee Engagement Coordination:
○ Coordinate employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
9. Handle other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
● Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee engagement.
● Thorough understanding of the Employment Act and relevant HR legislation.
● Experience with payroll processing and related compliance.
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
