Working Hours:
Mon to Fri - 7.30 am to 4.30 pm
Scope of works:
• Perform Office Administrative Tasks.
• Able to operate the Visitor Management System.
• Support all site Audit teams with movement of auditors and preparation of logistics.
• Attend to all incoming & outgoing calls (To exercise as per PDPA - Personal Data Protection Act requirements).
• Support all on-site activities and events.
• Assist in Taxi-Booking for Staffs/Visitors/Delegates/etc.
• Perform internal mail distribution for Roche.
• Perform mailing and dispatch all incoming and outgoing mails.
• Participate in Emergency Response Plan drills and events.
• Attend the daily coordination meeting which takes place at 07:30 Hrs.
• Any other task appointed by the Host.
Qualification/Requirement:
• With minimum secondary school education, Nitec or equivalent.
• Previous working experience as a Receptionist preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills.
• Excellent Interpersonal, verbal & written skills with ability to multitask.
• Adequate vision and hearing to detect/observe activity.
• Having attended a telephone operating skill course will be an advantage.
