Achieve sales target & order intake target through project sales, including maintenance sales.
Act as Key Account Manager for Bosch Mobility Aftermarket, in IAM channel Diesel business area. Responsible for Singapore, Cambodia, and Myanmar markets.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Salesmanship - 70%
- To identify the key potential customers
- To be able to provide the budgetary quotation.
- To be able to identify the strength and weakness of competition status and fair awareness of market products.
- Must be able to apply relationship selling skills.
- To provide pre-post sales support
- To gather market intelligent: Competitor Information, current diesel emission & market solution, vehicle data information, diesel vehicle service value-chain development.
- Propose sales forecasts and sales strategy.
- Strong interpersonal, communication (both verbal & written), negotiation and presentation skills.
- Able to execute and implement sales strategies according to defined strategic areas.
- A team player, able to blend in and work successfully as part of a team.
Administration Requirement - 30%
- Create sales job file, ensure accurate quantity and cost, liaison with different stakeholders to get correct information.
- To provide the weekly/monthly sales report when required
- To achieve the sales target assigned by the HOD.
- Update pipelines and follow-up closely for all potential leads.
Knowledge
- Knowledge on Diesel injection system functionality and related spare parts
- Knowledge on Mobility Aftermarket industry & value chain in Asean countries
- Basic Knowledge on fleet operation and diesel workshop requirements.
- Basic knowledge on commercial term and conditions (contractual obligation)
