Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing all engineering design plans for solar projects to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Overseeing the installation process of solar electrical systems and components, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring project activities to ensure timely completion and delivery.
- Providing leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration and maximizing productivity.
- Proactively identifying and addressing project challenges and risks, and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and permits throughout the project lifecycle.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in solar project management or related field.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing solar energy projects is a plus.
