Responsibilities:
- Assist doctor with consultations and in-clinic procedures as and when required
- Perform patient counseling (including financial counselling) and arrange logistics for surgeries (arranging for operating theatre, coordinating doctors' schedules, liaising with insurers to obtain Letter of Guarantees etc)
- Address patient queries via phone/email
- Register, triage patients, and schedule appointments
- Settle payment and invoices for patients including insurance/Medisave claims
- Dispense medications, perform intramuscular injections and venepuncture/infusions
- Keep track and manage medical billings and invoices
- Perform regular stock take of medications and consumables, including maintaining emergency/PPE kits
- Maintain smooth running of clinic operations by ensuring adequate supplies of clinic resources, medications and surgical consumables whilst liaising with medical vendors
- Ensure regular maintainence of clinic medical equipment
- Assist doctor in surgical procedures as and when required
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Nursing
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in Obstetrics and Gynaecology
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
- Valid BCLS and AED
- Pleasant personality, good attitude and able to work in fast-paced setting
- Patient-oriented
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Chinese is a plus
- Able to work 5.5 days a week. Mon to Fri, and Saturday half day
