Job Description
- Develop and implement strategies to drive following key competitive dimensions: cross-border revenue generation, people & organization, and product
- Lead project teams in planning and execution of special projects, ensuring they align with the company's strategic objectives
- Facilitate cross-market collaboration, communication and strategic initiatives implementation between Singapore, Malaysia and HQ teams
- Work closely with C-suite / senior leadership to align on key agenda and initiatives and ensure awareness on progress, issues and risks
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree and above in Economics, Finane, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experiences in strategy and/or project implementation in a strategy consulting firm
- Outstanding problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and project management expertise
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of time is a strong plus
- Willingness to rotate and relocate will be an added advantage
