Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Develop project plans and oversee all operational and administrative procedures from project initiation to completion
- Involvement in proposal and tendering phase to provide insights and advice
- Collaborate with Client, Consultant Teams and Sub-contractors to ensure that project objectives are met, and overall construction progress are within time schedules
- Monitor and control project costs and expenses to ensure that project stays within budget
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements, and ensure all necessary submissions, clearances and documentation are in place
- Ensure that work meets the quality standards and specifications set forth in the project plans and contract documents, and comply with local building regulations and company ISO standards.
- Lead a team of project team members to identify and mitigate project risks, and solve construction issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Support the Project Director in any other Project Management related activities
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant degree from university recognised by PE Board of Singapore
- Minimum 5 years working experience in project management of building and construction projects
- Dynamic and motivated personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership to lead a team of dedicated project team members
- Ability to think out-of-the-box
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Project
- Certification in “Construction Safety Course for Project Managers”
