- G50/Security clearance submission for new joiner
- Seek approval from GOVTECH counterpart and raised physical access request to onsite for new joiner
- Follow up AD Account, Mailbox, Shared mailbox, VPN Account and VPN token creation with internal and GT team
- Follow up GSIB machine collection with GT team
Offboarding
- Seek approval from GOVTECH counterpart and raised REQ for physical access termination.
- Follow up AD Account, Mailbox, Shared mailbox, VPN Account and VPN token termination with internal and GT team
- Follow up GSIB, Operation Pass and Building Pass returning with GT Team
2. Maintain Staff movement list for project
- Update Leave tracker in Client SharePoint
- Update daily Staff Movement in Team group chat (Telegram/WhatsApp)
- Update monthly Staff Movement List in Client and GT SharePoint
3. Maintain Asset listing for project
- Handle monthly asset verification based on reporting provided by GT team, follow up with internal team for the discrepancies.
- Handle physical asset checking and verification with internal team by Bi-Annual.
- Maintain a complete asset listing for project.
4. SR for token request from agencies
- Complete and assign the SR to correct party within SLA (3days)

Miscellaneous role (Ad-hoc)
- Raised physical access request for vendor, auditor when necessary.
- Yearly Physical Access renewal for project staff
- Arrange/ordering bento or buffet when required.
- Purchase of stationery for project team when necessary
- Jackets/T-shirt collection/ordering for project team when necessary
- Meeting room booking for project team when necessary.
