Job Summary
- Lead and support clinical and medical operations.
- Manage overall responsibility for planning, coordination, management, monitoring and evaluation for efficient and effective delivery of clinical operations and flow of care services in clinics and all clinical disciplines.
- Manage budgeting and financial functions to ensure clinical operations are functioning financially sound.
- Will be required to work with team regarding doctors' rostering on weekends on ad-hoc basis.
- May be required to travel to respective medical centres as part of the job scope.
Job Description
Clinical Standards and Patient Care
- Work closely with the relevant key stakeholders (Doctors, Nurses, Operations Staff) to plan, develop, and implement new clinical services in the primary care setting programmes to improve patients' access to care and clinical outcomes.
- Provide guidance to project teams developing or piloting new care models within each specific clinical discipline.
- Responsible for providing policy direction, maintaining clinical standards across all clinics and providing administrative and professional supervision of all staff.
- Ensure and meet patient care and needs.
- Oversee all patient care or administrative operations and programs.
- Support and champion high standards of patient care by implementing strategies and plans in the clinics.
- Track and monitor standards and regulations to ensure the organization complies with all government laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures.
- Ensure regular development and review of policies which are in line with MOH and organisation's goals and objectives.
People Management
- Oversee recruitment, manpower, training and supervision for all clinical staff, professionals, and administrative staff.
- Plan and organize training or education for staff to advance their skills or excel in their respective roles.
- Improving the efficiency of clinical staff, fostering collaboration among all staff to minimize administrative burden.
Administration
- To prepare administrative papers and presentations on Medical Board policies and associated documents.
Others
- Any other duties as assigned by the Medical Director.
Requirement:
- At least a Bachelors' Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management preferred
- 5- 8 years of experience in healthcare / nursing field
