- Position: Project Admin/Coordinator (INVOICE/PO)
- Location: East (Ubi)
- Working hours: 5 days, Mon- Fri (8.30am to 6.0pm)
- Salary: Up to $3200 + AWS + Variable Bonus + 14 Annual leave
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Systems Integration (Professional lighting, rigging, staging and automation)
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare POs to suppliers
- Prepare invoices and deliver orders for the Customers
- Monitor payments from the Customers
- Arrange shipment, prepare PI, CI and packing lists for the Customers
- Coordinate delivery of goods to the job site (for local projects only)
- Monitor project progress billing and update Work-In-Progress report accordingly.
- Monitor stocks status and movement.
- Coordinate signed BCA forms from the Customers and renew with BCA when needed
- Filling of all project related documentations
- Assist in answering incoming phone calls
- Other project coordinator task from time-to-time
Requirements:
- Min ITE/NITEC in Accounts or related field
- Candidate with 1-2 years’ experience is preferred
- Immediate starter preferred
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
