As a HR Executive, you must ensure due compliance and adherence to Singapore Employment Act and Company’s policies and procedures
- Handle recruitment process such as posting advertisement in the various job portals, phone screening for shortlisting, arranging interview, employment contracts and etc aligned with regulations, Company policies and procedures
- Conduct onboarding for new hires
- Ensure that work pass applications (WP/SPass/EP) and status including monitoring of expiry dates
- Prepare confirmation letters, and monitor contract expiry for renewals.
- Ensure timely acknowledgement of resignation and offboarding procedures which include cancellation and returning of work passes to MOM on a timely manner
- Handle queries that staff may encounter during the course of employment and escalate upwards for sensitive and complicated cases
- Update and manage employee records are updated real time accurately
- Ensure that digitalisation of employee records throughout their life cycle with the Company are done in real time
- Ensure monthly payroll are executed on a timely basis and 100% accuracy
- Ensure CPF and related contributions are submitted on time
- Ensure iras and tax clearance are submitted on time and accurately
As an Administrative Executive
- Oversee all administrative tasks in the office compliance with Company’s policies and procedures
- Acquire and maintain office furnishing, equipment and supplies in accordance to budget
- Provide administrative support for the meetings in ensuring meeting rooms are adequately set up
- Any other duties as and when assigned as a HR and Admin Executive
