As an intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing, business development, and clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Support:
1. Assist in maintaining and updating our social media platforms.
2. Contribute to content creation and management for various marketing channels.
3. Help in developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Business Development Assistance:
1. Support the business development team in their initiatives.
2. Participate in research and analysis to identify new market opportunities.
3. Assist in organizing and executing business development activities and events.
- Clinic Operations Support:
1. Provide assistance in day-to-day clinic operations.
2. Engage in patient interaction and support to ensure a high-quality patient experience.
- Assist in managing appointments and maintaining patient records.
4. Administrative Duties:
- Take minutes during meetings and assist in arranging and scheduling meetings.
- Perform secretarial duties and administrative tasks as needed.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks:
1. Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned by the team.
2. Contribute to various cross-departmental activities to gain a holistic understanding of the business.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a major in Marketing or a related field.
- Strong interest in healthcare, wellness, and community engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using social media platforms and basic office software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
