Responsibilities:
- Provide HR Administrative support within the HR department
- Filing of documents for the HR department
- Assist in recruitment matters such as coordinating and conducting interviews.
- Preparation of HR-related letters such as Letters of Appointment, Employment Certification, etc.
- Calculation of annual leave and other benefit entitlement
- Handling of annual leave records
- Payroll knowledge is an advantage
- Assist in any other duties when necessary

Working days: 5 days work week
