Bachelor's degree in engineering/business discipline or related field.
At least 10 years of business development and sales experience.
Successful previous experience in a sales role in a 3D printing company is a big plus.
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Experience in stakeholder and customer relationship management.
Fluent in English and the second language of choice.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of management, both internally and externally.
Proven analytical thinking and decision-making.
Self-motivated, proactive, hands-on, and able to work autonomously.
