Looking for a Project Manager - Tech support for Virtual cards
12 months contract role
Location: Asia Square tower/ Changi Business Park
Role
1. Manages all VCA clients and provides SME product support across the business for onboarding
2. Be a specialist and a tech expert on Virtual cards (VCA), File feed and connectivity, and API connectivity related matters with hands-on approach.
Supports client request for launch and any ongoing technical support related to VCA cards products (on Mastercard and Visa platform and NG Virtual Cards engine).
3. Launch of key partnerships in getting them technically ready and conducting product trainings to internal stakeholders and clients for commercialization
4. SME support for launch of functionality relating to VCA product including 5. UAT and production testing and verification prior to rollout
6. Acts as presales support when needed for complex deals
supporting onboarding and other activities assisting with data migration on platform.
7. Coordinates internally on various VCA Helpdesk escalation activities.
8. Good stakeholder management skills - support teams internally, external partners, and clients on the enhancements and knowledge of VCA product.
Hands-on approach and quickly adapt for new learning.
9. Need candidate to be able to support various initiatives at the same time and is able to manage multiple internal / external stakeholders
Requirements
1. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
2. Tech Skills: Understanding of Cards is a must. Comm Cards knowledge
3. Virtual cards knowledge, APIs and tech knowledge will be big plus.
4. Soft Skills: Team player, good communication skills, great project management skills, good client management and stakeholder management skills.
