Job Description:
1. Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable.
2. Check and verify employee claims for disbursement.
3. Prepare month-end closing documents such as General Ledger, journals, schedules and reconciliations.
4. Assist in quarterly GST submission and annual tax filing.
5. Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process.
6. Administer and maintain Fixed Assets Register.
7. Maintain filling, scanning and documents tracking.
8. Perform administrative and other ad-hoc duties assigned by manager.
Job Requirements
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting/ACCA or equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
3. Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
