- Operate machines to mix, roll and cut dough to make noodles
- Weight and measures specified ingredients according to standard formulas and put them into mixing machines
- Feeds kneaded dough into rolling machine, forms dough into sheets, winds sheet into roll and put it on the rack for standby
- Packs noodles into basket and push into the noodle room for storage
- Monitor production process to control quality and processing time
- Receive and store products at designated area
- Cleaning of equipment and tools and waste disposal
- Handle any other duties assigned by Manager
- Cutting vegetable, meat, poultry, fish and mince meat
- Prepare sauces, spices, seasonings and marinades based on standard recipes
- Preparation and production of soup (Bak Kut Teh, Tonkatsu Soup etc.)
- Prepare gyoza ingredient, making gyoza & gyoza skin (by machine) •
- Receive and store food products at designated area
- Packing of food and storage
- Baking of tarts
- Cleaning of equipment and tools and waste disposal
- Follow company safety SOP and wear safety equipment while working in the kitchen
